The Technology Sales Close & Deployment Plan Course is the ninth module in the Technology Sales Course.
A close plan is an essential tool that technology sales professionals will use to help map out key dates, resources, activities and events that need to take place both on the supplier side and also the customer side to move the deal towards closure and get the paperwork (contract, service level agreement, special legal terms, approvals, purchase order etc.) drafted and signed to close the sale in line with the CRM forecast and management expectations.
Technology sales professionals that want to help alleviate some of the anxiety on the customer side around change and implementation / configuration, will also use a deployment plan to help set out key milestones as what will take place once the customer signs the order from initial support activation all the way through to a anticipated go-live date.
